With 30 years in restoration, including 15 years as a freelance estimator, my passion for these buildings and their history runs deep. The journey of learning to restore these magnificent structures has become the most important part of my work. I believe that the 'new' products we should be embracing are those tried and tested methods and materials from centuries past, often forgotten with the advent of modern building materials and cement. This is what truly excites me.
